1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

International shipping is not available currently.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 30
  • Free Delivery: Orders above AED 500

For certain products, different shipping fees per item may apply.
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders:

  • Placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time)
  • Within eligible delivery zones
  • Subject to product availability and operational capacity

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise specified.

4. Bulky or Oversized Items

Certain bulky or oversized items:

  • May incur different shipping fees displayed at checkout
  • Require an additional one (1) business day for delivery
  • May require special handling arrangements

Delivery timelines for such items are estimates and may vary.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours.

Once dispatched, customers may receive notification via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Requirements

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Be available at the delivery address
  • Inspect items upon receipt

Failure to receive delivery may result in re-delivery charges.

7. Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours.

8. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Force majeure events
  • Courier delays beyond our control
